New eCommerce System for Orabella Scarano, Importer of Fine Italian Hosiery

IDS Interactive today launched a new e-commerce website for Orabella Scarano, an importer and exclusive US distributor of high fashion Italian hosiery. The site features IDS' latest e-commerce system, which streamlines the management and processing of retail sales online. The new system also simplifies ordering for customers and features several reporting tools that greatly helps merchants manage inventories online.

It was determined that the site should be designed with classic Italian style to evoke the feel of a fine boutique set with old-world charm and elegance. Within this environment, customers can create accounts, shop the various categories, and check out with a minimum of fuss.

On the back end, accessed by a password protected administration area, merchants can manage all aspects of their inventory, including photography, pricing, sale items, product bundling and more. Merchants can also instantly view reports on customers, orders, order histories and individual product performance. Reports can be set for date ranges, if necessary, and can even be used to quickly perform customer service look-ups.
